Our Job Openings
ACS Services is a multidisciplinary service company providing quality control testing, special inspections, laboratory testing, and geotechnical engineering for construction.
We service commercial and public clients in a wide variety of construction projects. While most of these projects are here in Maricopa County, we work on projects all over Arizona.
The job-site quality control and our in-house laboratory testing most often involve earthwork, soils, concrete, grout, asphalt, reinforcing steel, and epoxy. There are other opportunities that extend beyond these that keep things interesting.
We are looking for qualified individuals to be a part of our team. We also welcome those who have the desire to gain the qualifications and experience that can make them valuable team members. If you have experience in or an interest in quality control testing, laboratory testing, construction, geology, concrete, roadwork, masonry, or earthworks, we want to visit with you.

Small business environment with growing resources.
Field technicians are dispatched to job sites to conduct field tests and sampling of concrete, grout, soils, and asphalt. They may also perform special inspections for rebar, epoxy, over-excavation, welds and bolts based on their certifications and client needs. These tests are performed outdoors with most job sites being in Maricopa County and opportunities to work in other parts of Arizona.
Lab technicians perform critical tests necessary to determine the composition and characteristics of soil, concrete and asphalt that have been sampled
from the job sites.
Dispatchers received testing requests from our clients and coordinate the schedule for field technicians to meet those requests. Administrators coordinate communications and documentation between field technicians, the lab and project managers. Dispatchers and administrators often share responsibilities.
Project managers direct the processes of the quality control testing
responsibilities for their client’s projects. This includes identifying the project specifications, coordinating field and lab testing processes, managing scheduled tasks, reviewing testing reports for accuracy and job specification compliance and coordinating project communications.
